The AI answer-marking feature analyses photographs of completed answer sheets using artificial intelligence. This automated analysis may be inaccurate, particularly where:

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or modified.

By using the Service, you expressly waive any right to bring any legal claim, proceeding, or class action against Quantum Apex Tech Pty Ltd or its officers, directors, employees, or agents in relation to the accuracy, completeness, educational efficacy, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content produced by the Service. This waiver is consistent with the liability limitations disclosed by Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and other leading AI service providers.
